I was born and raised in Shawnee, KS, and graduated from K-State in the 80’s with a degree in business and a major in Marketing. Before becoming a Realtor, I was the Director of Marketing with a major real estate firm. Then, I headed a leasing division that assisted owners in renting out their lofts and condos in the heart of Kansas City. I finally took my father’s advice and became a (2nd generation) Realtor. My father, Tony Ahnemann loved being a Realtor and so do I. My son is now a Realtor in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St Paul. Three generations of Ahnemann’s have helped well over a thousand families in the largest transaction of their life: Selling their homes. Some are born to be Engineers. Some are born to be incredible full-time parents. I was born to be a Realtor. I live on the main lake in Linn Valley, KS, a gated community with a lake, golf course and so much more. It is just 35 minutes south of Overland Park, KS. Most of my work is done within the gates of Linn Valley, but I can help wherever needed. I have been accumulating knowledge and experience my entire life and will use all of it as I help you with buying or selling your home.
